Introductions of all participants( including our facilitator) will begin the session. Then we will go on to notes on the agenda(that is what the women expect to learn from this workshop). Also participants can define their own educational needs to take the workshop in their individual ways of learning .

Philosophy Of Business Ethics
We all want to make our teams and organisations better, our companies more successful. Most of all, we want the people who work for us to become the best version of themselves and have a meaningful experience while doing so. Instantiation is quintessential to this effort: asking your team – and each member of your team – to think through and articulate the underlying reasons behind conversations regarding the larger objectives and desired outcomes, gets them working together meaningfully toward success. We’re offering a training that asks participants to think through philosophical premises, how they apply in a business context and beyond, so that they can come up with tools of instantiation that can catapult them to success in their own practice.
The Ramifications of Individual Behaviour
In this critical session, attendees are strongly encouraged to ‘own their behaviour’ and assess how it ultimately contributes to or detracts from the ‘culture of the working environment’ so that they can consider how to convey positivity to the working environment.
Manage Stress and Anger
Through this training, they would identify and then learn how to control stressors that lead to irritation, and how to stay calm even under the most difficult circumstances.
Good Behaviour In Writing
Business writing can boast a long list of benefits and, in this session, we will drill deep into techniques to quickly change letter tones, as well as give writers the chance to be themselves, at work, in print.
Basic Company and State Mechanisms
When a workplace values and nurtures better and easier communication about its underlying purpose and common goals, it enables all its members to grow as a highly productive group. When team members comprehend how harassment, abuse, bullying and other forms of humiliation or negative judgments of an individual by the group can irrevocably hinder the health and well-being of those exposed to such mistreatment, the organisation’s leadership can develop and promote policies that are destined to create an invigorating rather than inhibiting work environment. This in turn leads to greater synergy among the group, fostering better understanding and sensitivity to issues, responding appropriately to circumstances, and generating vigour at every level.

During this session, a team will recognise empathy and good spirit can be a solid, moral base for how they work, and without having to micromanage their colleagues, teams can focus their energies on doing excellent work for their clients.
