Beginner's Class at None Zen Center
Embark on your Zen journey by taking the Beginner’s Zen Class at the None Zen Center. The 2-hour class format consists of three sessions, each lasting 20 to 30 minutes, with two breaks in between sessions. We will cover several fundamental Zen concepts and introduce three meditation skills. You will learn how to go through the duality of stress and relaxation, train your continuous concentration and self-awareness, and know yourself better in order to uncover the ultimate solution for your life.

💲 Cost: Tuition-free; donations are welcome
