Our 4-week Beginners Yoga Course is designed to introduce you to the foundations of yoga in a slow, supportive, and encouraging environment. Whether you’re completely new or returning after a long break, this course will help you build confidence, strength, mobility, and a deeper connection to your breath.
Each week we’ll explore:
• Foundational postures and safe alignment
• Functional movement to support everyday life
• Breathing practices to settle the nervous system
• Simple ways to build a sustainable yoga routine
• A soothing Hañsa Rest to integrate and unwind
No flexibility needed — just curiosity!

🗓 5th - 26th March | Runs for 4 weeks
💛 $120 for the entire course
And when you complete the programme, you’ll receive a complimentary Intro Pass (worth $40) giving you 2 weeks of unlimited yoga to continue your practice.
