Welcome to our beginner’s class in Amble, perfect for those new to yoga or with minimal experience. This class will help you build a strong foundational practice in a supportive and welcoming environment. Focusing on the fundamentals of yoga and core strengthening, ensuring you have a solid understanding of basic yoga postures and breathing techniques.
You will be offered help and guidance in how to adapt postures to suit your individual needs and ability.
In this class, you will:
* Practice key yoga poses and learn proper alignment
* Improve breath technique bringing calm and focus
* Develop body awareness and connection through guided instruction
* Build self-confidence as you progress
Regardless of your fitness level, you will soon improve posture, develop core strength, raise energy levels and increase your mind-body connection.
Classes are booked through the online booking system. Please bring your own yoga mat and props. For new starters there is a small amount of equipment available for loan.
