Welcome to our yoga class in Amble. If you've already started your yoga journey and are eager to deepen your practice, this class is perfect for you. We combine the timeless principles of Iyengar style alignment, with the fluidity of sequential flow, for an informative and fun experience.
In this class, you will:
* Build upon foundational postures, delve into new areas of practice, and explore more advanced variations
* Learn simple inversions and build stamina
* Deepen your body awareness and balance through guided instruction
* Develop breath awareness and relaxation techniques
Classes are booked through the online booking system. Please bring your own yoga mat and props.
Please note, this class is designed for those with some experience with yoga and is not suitable for complete beginners.
