This well-balanced course offers an introduction to asana (postures), gentle yoga flow, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, supporting both body and mind.
You’ll practice in a small, safe, and welcoming group where you can explore at your own pace, build confidence, and receive plenty of individual guidance and support.
