Using a hands-on approach, students will learn how to mix skin tones, master light and shade, and explore warm and cool tones in their artwork. Returners can expect new material in each iteration of this class! Ann uses different references for each of her paint-along demos, and in parts where beginners are following material you may have already covered you will be given alternate assignments after a brief demo.

Members will then delve into mixing skin tones utilising a spectrum of brilliant watercolours to capture depth and realism. Lastly, participants will bring their artwork to life by painting the figure in watercolours, guided by exclusive references to inspire creativity and technique refinement.
