My ever popular 6-week Pilates & Holistic health program.
You will be gently introduced to Pilates method, breathing, pelvic floor work plus loads more.
This program will take you from beginner to class ready. It’s perfect for you if you’re nervous about attending a class full of regulars, or you’re coming back from an injury or any condition.
This is gentle but effective.
Pilates is just good, it’s good for everyone to practice - mobility, strength, balance, co-ordination, posture, breath - the list goes on! All the things we need to live a healthy, happy life as we age!
Held in my beautiful studio in Langley park, starting in March for 6 weeks, Thursday 6:40-7;30pm.
