Session 4 - Mantras
Our most self-indulgent final session - a hug for the mind. We will play around with using mantras to bring your focus to the present moment, and will welcome in a little gratitude with a guided practice. I’ll teach you to be generous with ‘belly breathing’ to welcome more oxygen into the body :).
What's this all about?
Hi, I’m Laura and I’m a certified meditation teacher. I want to offer to you that meditation is not what you think. It does not make you a glowing stress-proof wizard (unfortunately). It’s very simple and it can reduce stress over time. When you practice it enough, it feels like that stretch you do in the morning where everything clicks - but for your mind!
So I’m hosting a beginner’s meditation circle in Deeping every other Tuesday (10th February to 24th March 2026) from 7-8pm. Just small, maximum 10 of us, but you can join just 1 session you like. If it goes well, maybe more ;)
