Not only are inversions fun to try, they are very good for you. They are great for your brain! They improve your memory, reduce stress, calm your mind and much much more :)
We will enjoy a fun warmup preparing our body & mind for poses like; tripod & supported headstand, headstand from wide leg forward fold, flying crow, flying pigeon, handstand and more!
This workshop is designed with the beginner in mind. No previous experience needed. If many of the poses come easy to you, Michelle will introduce new things for you to try!
