Working in Rows (Washcloth)

Date: Thursday January 8th, 2025 (Offered every second Thursday of the month)

Time: 5pm-6:45PM

Begin your crochet journey by learning essential skills: how to make a slip knot, chain, single crochet, and double crochet. Together, we’ll create a simple washcloth, introducing the fundamentals of starting and holding your work. By the end of this session, you’ll feel confident continuing your project at home!

Want to take your crochet skills further? You can continue your learning by joining the next two weeks of classes at a special discounted rate when you sign up for all three sessions! The idea is to learn the fudaments of crochet by the end of the third class so that you can continue teaching yourself on your own!

In the following classes, you’ll learn:

🧵 How to crochet in a round to create a small pouch

🧵 How to make a classic granny square—a versatile pattern used in many projects.

This is the perfect opportunity to build your skills, gain confidence, and explore the art of crochet in a fun and supportive environment!

Materials:

It is reccommended that you purchase a set of hooks with different sizes (3mm-6mm). Yarn and hooks will be avaiable to purchase at the workshop, or you can bring your own. Message us if you have any questions.
