About this Event
No matter where you are in your Yoga practice, we will begin with a basic introduction to:
- Asanas
- Pranayama
- Meditation
Asanas are the poses (postures or positions) we’ll be practicing ??♀️
Pranayama are the breathing exercises we’ll learn that can assist us in slowing down & relaxing ?
Meditation will help us find peace & balance in our daily lives ??
After a few introductory classes we’ll start putting each pose into play and create a flowing sequence of poses which will help in:
- Stretching any tight muscles you may have ??♀️
- Stretching & opening your hip flexors
- Stretching & elongating your spine
- Balance
- Relaxation, peace and more!
