Curious about welding but not sure where to start? This hands-on Beginner Welding Workshop is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals in a safe, supportive environment.During this single-night, 3-hour class, participants will learn basic welding techniques and get real time behind the hood. Instructor Dave Dalton will demonstrate several common and useful welding methods, including:
-ARC welding with flux-core wire feed (FCAW)
-MIG welding (GMAW)
-Stick welding (SMAW)
After demonstrations, students will have the opportunity to practice each technique themselves.
This class is open to complete beginners as well as those with some prior welding experience who want to refine their skills.

What to Bring:
-A long-sleeved shirt, preferably denim, to protect your arms
-NO flannel, please
