About this Event
Ever wanted to create a charming, anthropomorphic animal? This fun, beginner-friendly watercolour workshop is designed especially for those who’ve never picked up a paintbrush — or haven’t drawn since school.
In this two-hour beginner watercolour workshop in London, you’ll be guided through creating your own storybook-style animal character — think foxes in scarves, mice in jackets, or hedgehogs with personality.
The workshop is inspired by classic Beatrix Potter–style animal illustration, focusing on charm, character, and looseness rather than realism or perfection. You’ll learn how to turn simple shapes into expressive animals, add clothing for personality, and bring everything to life with soft, flowing watercolour washes.
✨ What you’ll learn
- How to draw animals using simple shapes
- How to create anthropomorphic characters with clothing

- No prior drawing or painting experience is needed — everything is broken down into small, manageable steps.
