In this intimate, small-group class, you’ll learn the art and science of sourdough bread — from fermentation and wild yeast to how time, temperature, and technique transform simple ingredients into nourishing bread that supports digestion and balanced blood sugar.
You’ll be guided through the process of fresh-milling whole wheat berries, experiencing the aroma, texture, and nutritional difference of flour made moments before baking. We will explore how to turn that flour into beautifully fermented sourdough, honoring traditional methods that modern baking has forgotten.
As part of the experience, you’ll also learn how to make homemade butter, because exceptional bread deserves to be enjoyed as it was meant to be, simply and beautifully. We will even learn how to culture fresh buttermilk!
You'll learn some basic nutrition focused on blood sugar stabilization, helping you understand why properly prepared sourdough can be part of a nourishing, energized lifestyle.
And of course, we taste!
Warm sourdough. Fresh butter. Thoughtful conversation.
This is a boutique, luxury-style class created for those who value quality over quantity, education over shortcuts, and the joy of slowing down in the kitchen.
✨ Limited seating to preserve the experience.
