Join us for Good Friday as we gather in solemn reverence to behold the suffering and death of our Lord Jesus Christ for the salvation of the world.In this service, we will hear the Passion according to St. John, tracing our Lord’s betrayal, trial, crucifixion, and death. We will pray the Bidding Prayer, interceding for the Church and for all people according to Christ’s saving work. We will also sing the Reproaches, meditate on the mystery of the cross, and take part in the solemn exaltation of the cross of Christ.
The service will culminate in the celebration of the Holy Supper, where the crucified and risen Lord gives His Body and Blood for the forgiveness of sins.
