This is a 4 week Pilates course aimed to improve overall body strength and flexibility. Specifically, Pilates will help to:- Improve your balance
- Improve your core strength which is beneficial to your spine health and will also improve overall body strength which is good for your joint health and will help to improve your bone density.
- Improve your flexibility which will help to reduce feelings of tightness and tension within your body.
- Pilates can also help to reduce reduce feelings of stress by the focus on breathwork.
- Pilates can help to improve your posture and by improving your muscle memory and improving your awareness of how to relieve tension held in your body throughout the day.
