We’ll meet at Bell Tower before heading on a relaxed photo walk through Elizabeth Quay and London Court, stopping at a variety of locations with different lighting and compositions.
You’ll learn by doing, with guidance every step of the way. By the end of the session, you’ll feel confident adjusting your settings, understanding light, and shooting creatively — not just point and click. Understanding your camera, Demystifying the buttons, dials, menus, and modes you actually need — so your camera finally makes sense.
We will Cover, The exposure triangle (made simple), Shutter speed, aperture, and ISO explained in plain English and applied in real shooting situations., Focus & depth of field, How to control focus points and create sharp images or soft, blurred backgrounds. White balance & colour, Learn how to get natural, accurate colours in different lighting conditions around the city. Composition made easy, Framing, leading lines, angles, and creative techniques you can use anywhere. Hands-on shooting the entire time. This is a practical workshop with plenty of one-on-one guidance as we shoot throughout Bell Tower, Elizabeth Quay, and London Court.
