Be one of the first people to experience the Sport House at the new Ralph Wilson Park along the Detroit Riverfront!
Join Jackie the Trainer for fun & fitness! This class will take you through the proper form for exercises that will be used to create a lower intensity full body workout. If you’re new to exercise, this is a great introductory class to proper exercise form and reducing the risk of injury. The end of class will conclude with stretching. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Class is provided by HAP.
