What:
Foosball Event for New, Casual, and Rookie Competitive Players in a more casual format
Follow-up Event: Monster Draw your Partner*

When: The final Saturday of the Month
Beg/Am Warm up 5:00-8 pm
This can run as a beginner/amateur monster draw, singles event, goalie wars or whatever the beginners and amateurs that show up at 5 would like to play.
Who is a beginner/amateur? If you are ranked rookie or below on a pro tour system, or have no ranking and just play casually, you are eligible for this event.
We will likely use the league handicap system to keep things competitive depending on turnout.
Tentative Monster Draw: 7:30 sign ups start 8 pm match start 10 pm playoffs
Cost:
$5 table fee as tables will be on unlimited play.
Optional buy in for Beg/Am event

$10 buy in for Monster Draw
$7 table fee for both events

If we have fewer than 10 people for the Open Monster Draw with so many Foos options these days, we may run this as Singles or a Iron Man Draw (where players can choose to play 1 v 2). This will be a game-time decision based on turnout.
Beginner Amateur Format: Contingent on Turnout and
Most likely a Casual tourney with various partners
or
mini-one night league based on interest
Most common format is a monster draw your partner tournament where you have a different partner every round for at least four rounds and then a playoff.
IFP ranked rookies are welcome but expect to be handicapped (e.g. no pulls or rollovers,playing to a larger #of points, etc we will use our league handicap system)
Our regular weekly Saturday open draw your partner tournament starting at 8 pm open to all skill levels follows the beg/am event.

Monster Format: Race to 7 games or 2 games to 5 (turnout and time dependent) with random partners.
Rounds end at 10pm. Then playoffs start.
