Begin Well is a christian charity providing affordable, accessible, evidenced based antenatal courses across the south-west UK. Our aim is to give you the best starting blocks for family life.Over the 6 week course you will look at caring for your baby, giving birth and meeting your baby, changes for your relationships and much more. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will have chance to ask questions and to meet other parents-to-be. The best time to do the course is in the last part of your pregnancy, after 28 weeks. Please don’t book if your due date is during the course
The course will run on Wednesday evenings, from 7-9pm. Each session covers a different topic, so please come to all the sessions to get the most out of the course. You only need to reserve one ticket for the first session to come to all the sessions. The course dates are 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th June, 1st and 8th July 2026.
There is no charge for the course and your ticket will admit you and your birth partner.
IMPORTANT - Once you have booked, please check your email (including your junk/spam folder) for everything you will need to know, including the link to the pre-course form. It would be helpful to the team if you could fill in the form as soon as possible after you book, so we are best able to support you during the course.
