Begin Well is a christian charity providing affordable, accessible, evidenced based antenatal courses across the south-west UK. Our aim is to give you the best starting blocks for family life.
Over the two day course you will look at caring for your baby, giving birth and meeting your baby, changes for your relationships and much more. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will have chance to ask questions and to meet other parents-to-be. The best time to do the course is in the last part of your pregnancy, after 28 weeks.
The course will run over two Saturdays - the 18th and 25th July 2026, from 10.00am to 4:00pm. Each session covers a different topic, so please come to all the sessions to get the most out of the course. You only need to reserve one ticket for the first session to come to all the sessions on both days.
There is no charge for the course and your ticket will admit you and your birth partner. This course is for due dates of August and September 2026. Please get in touch with [email protected] if your dates are outside of this incase we can find you a more suitable course.
