The response to Instinct, our first micro ceremony, showed us how meaningful it can be to gather in ways that are simple, accessible, and rooted in presence.
Because of that, we are continuing to offer micro ceremonies designed to support reflection, rest, and reconnection.
This New Moon gathering focuses on vision and integration. We will begin with vision board creation, offering space to reflect on what you want to call in for the season ahead without pressure or overthinking. Afterward, you will be guided into a restorative sound bath to support nervous system regulation and deep rest.
This experience is welcoming and beginner friendly. No prior experience is needed.

A yoga mat, blanket, water, and any personal images or magazines you would like to include.

Look for our space in the lower courtyard.
Space is intentionally limited to keep the gathering grounded and intimate.
