We are THRILLED to help break in Buffalo Rock's newest location, Bayside, in Oregon, OH!
Going forward, you will find Transient Yoga 3 times monthly at Buffalo Rock!! We will continue our fourth year at the Waterville location on the 3rd Saturday of each month, but we will also be flowing at the Oregon location on the 1st Saturday and the 4th Thursday evening of each month! Let's do this!
For each of these sessions, local instructor Courtney Wolfe will lead us through a challenging and fun yoga flow...feel free to incorporate your tasty libations! Check your inhibitions at the door and take this opportunity to slow down and have a little fun! This yoga session isn't pretentious or serious - it is all just a great opportunity to connect with an awesome community and support local business, all while checking out of responsibilites and maybe building a little strength and stretch.
