Beer + Barre
Join Lianna Lee for our March installment of "Beer & Barre" at Incendiary Brewing Company in Raleigh, NC!
Class will be held on Sunday 3/2 at 11am with an all-levels barre session, where options for everyone will always be provided. Barre is a type of physical exercise which combines elements of yoga, ballet, & pilates. All participants will receive a drink ticket to redeem one optional beer of choice to either sip on while practicing, or enjoy after class!
