About this Event
With deep gratitude for our winter gatherings-where we found warmth, reflection, and connection-we now step into the energy of spring, a season of renewal and blossoming. In this sacred space, we will journey through a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony led by Yanina Chicas, allowing this sacred plant medicine to soften, ground, and awaken our deepest intentions.
From this space of openness, Yanina will guide us through a powerful Shamanic Breathwork experience, inviting us to release, expand, and align with the rhythm of our souls. Through breath, we cleanse, awaken, and step fully into renewal.

Shake Rising is a transformational movement practice that incorporates fitness, dance and energy work with the end goal of liberation. Our 3 intentions act as a roadmap towards that liberation. We will 1) activate our life force energy through our undivided attention, 2) reprogram our subconscious mind through affirmations, and 3) regulate our nervous system through full body shaking. We will be Shaking in the Lotus Room at GLOW fitness from 10am-12pm. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class as parking fills up quickly. Mats will be laid out, so come in and grab any open mat. WE CAN'T WAIT TO SHAKE WITH YOU!
