Join us for a special opportunity to explore the historic gardens of Beeleigh Abbey, a site with over 800 years of history on the banks of the River Chelmer. This Open Gardens event gives visitors the chance to enjoy the beautiful grounds, learn about the Abbey’s heritage, and see some of the ongoing conservation work taking place across the estate. New additions include a medieval cloister garden, more beehives, an expanded flock of pedigree Jacob sheep, and continued restoration work around the estate. Produce grown on the estate will also be available to purchase during your visit.Tickets 🎟️
Garden tickets must be pre-booked through our website. Please select the date you’d like to visit and your preferred arrival time when booking. Arrival times help us stagger entry to the gardens, but once inside you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the grounds for as long as you like.
