Bedroom Bondage & Sexy Shenanigans (v.2)What To Expect:
New year, new class content! There’s so much we can do with rope in the boudoir, beyond tying our partner’s limbs to the bedposts! During February’s class, we will explore a variety of ties and techniques to enhance your sexy, fun time. Come and get inspired!
Prerequisite: Rope tops must have attended our Rope 101 class (at any venue) *OR* be able to tie a non-collapsing single column tie & familiar with reverse tension, in order to participate in hands-on class activities, as facilitators may not be able to take time away from other participants to teach basic skills.
Doors for the event registration will open at approximately 6.45 pm
To bring:
- This is a hands-on class; wear comfortable clothing & shoes. Persons being tied may wish to wear snug-fitting clothing, as loose clothing can get tangled in rope.
- Comfort items such as a small blanket or pillow
- A notebook & pen/pencil.
- A practice buddy is helpful for hands-on participation. We suggest you arrive early if you wish to find another solo person.
- Good communication skills!
Accessibility:
Alice Bar is located at 1432 Main St in Cincinnati, Ohio. There is a low grade ramp available at the front of the building, or three steps into the venue. Alice has multiple gender neutral restrooms.
The class itself is held in the dance floor section of Alice. *There is one step down required to access this area.* In winter months, this area can be cold but warms up as class gets going.
Cincinnati Leather will be providing a handful of tumbling mats for those who wish to participate on the floor. There are also rugs and various types of seating available in the space.
Parking is available in various lots around Main Street, as well as along the street.
Alice offers light snacks, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase. **Please note:** if you will be participating in the hands on activity, alcohol consumption is not permitted.
Attending Cincinnati Leather Educational Events:
Cincinnati Leather is a nonprofit service organization that works to provide opportunities for education and community in the Greater Cincinnati area. We are dedicated to providing high quality education to our community at minimal to no cost. At this time, we request, but do not require, a $5 suggested donation for attendance. Our methods of payment will be available for scanning at the event, and we also welcome cash.
**Doors will open at approximately 6.45 pm for registration. At registration, all attendees are required to sign a participation waiver and present valid ID. Registration for participation will cut off at 7.15pm to respect the educators and fellow learners.**

About our Presenters: GingerSnap (she/they) and Run (he/they) started their rope journey almost 10 years ago. In addition to presenting and performing nationwide, they are active in their local community, offering a variety of rope classes and leading monthly rope jams. GingerSnap is a sensualist and sadist who expresses her creativity & passion through rope. Rope allows her to be completely present in the moment & connected to the person she is tying. Run is a brat and a pain slut. As a bottom and while self-suspending, he enjoys the physicality and headspace that he achieves while in rope.
