Come join Erica Penny, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate for a Becoming You Mental Health Counseling, PLLC Book Club at 8300 Health Park in Raleigh, NC. You'll park near Entrance C and we'll meet in the Takes a Village Space, Suite 228.
This book club is open to parents and babies and we'll be studying Dr. Becky Bailey's I Love You Rituals. Together through eight weekly sessions, we learn about the four key elements of I Love You Rituals and will learn and practice a variety of different I Love You Rituals. No only will you learn how to consciously connect with your baby, but you'll also be able to spend much of our time together actually connecting with your baby and other new parents. Light refreshments will be provided.
Being a parent of a baby is enough work in and of itself, so for this book club, there will be no required reading outside of our weekly sessions. All reading and learning will take place within our gatherings.
Book club begins Thursday September 25th from 9:00-9:50am and will meet weekly for eight consecutive weeks. $180 covers the cost of all supplies, materials, light refreshment and group leadership by a licensed professional trained in mental health counseling, conscious discipline, and education.
