Join I Challenge Diabetes for a group hike at Beaver Hills Biosphere about 30 minutes east of Edmonton, where the focus is on showing up, moving together, and building community. This hike is an opportunity to connect with others who understand the day-to-day realities of living with or supporting diabetes, while spending time on the trail in a supportive, welcoming environment.The pace will be manageable, with space for conversation, shared experiences, and learning from one another along the way. Whether you’re new to hiking or familiar with the trails, you’re invited to be part of a group that values connection, encouragement, and doing this together.

Who: Open to people living with type 1 diabetes, their friends, families and supporters.
