Info: Embark on a fun, curiosity‑filled journey of creativity and become a chocolatier for the day; learning techniques and secrets along the way. Personal demonstration and hands‑on coaching by Chef Justin Fry, who brings over 10 years of professional experience, will guide you through every step of the process as you craft your very own box of mouthwatering ganache‑filled bonbons. Each participating guest will take home a beautifully presented box of 32 bonbons showcasing your creations—perfect to share with friends and family or to give as a thoughtful, artisan gift.
What’s Included:
Personal demonstration by Chef Justin Fry, and 2-3 hours of dedicated hands-on instruction and learning.
The Chef will provide 1 polycarbonate chocolate mold per participating chocolatier for use during the demo.
Dark Chocolate - made from scratch by chocolate maker Esa Weinreb
Flavored ganache, made by the Chef during the demo to fill all bonbons.
