Course sessions run at 7pm on 26th May, 2nd June, 9th June & 16th June
For the person that ‘can’t sit still’, the person that wish they could ‘stop’ worrying, this is for you. And for the lovely people who joined my last series in Deeping, this is in many ways a ‘build’ on what we learnt before.
In these 4 sessions we’re going to tune out the world (it’s so loud right now) and tune into how we feel. The more we listen to ourselves, the more we can trust our inner voice, feel safe and ultimately be more comfortable: this means not depending on anything, or anyone, for your happiness.
Let's can sit, step back from the noise and sink into right now. I won’t spoil what happens next.
Who are you?
Hi, I’m Laura and I’m a certified meditation teacher. I want to offer to you that meditation is not what you think. It does not make you a glowing stress-proof wizard (unfortunately). It’s very simple and it can reduce stress over time. When you practice it enough, it feels like that stretch you do in the morning where everything clicks - but for your mind!
