Ladies, Join Les Femmes Social Club and Becca for an unforgettable sunset of rejuvenation and connection on the beautiful shoreline. Our Beachside Serenity event combines the benefits of yoga and purpose coaching with the opportunity to build new connections and friendships, with like-minded ladies, in a serene and natural setting.
Led by Becca, an experienced instructor, and coach, this yoga session will take place on the soft sands of the beach, allowing you to connect with nature and find inner peace. After a 45 min yoga session, Becca will be leading a 30 mins purpose coaching session to help you gain clarity and motivation to pursue your goals and passions, empowering you to live your best life.
But that's not all. Our event is designed to help you make meaningful connections with like-minded women who share your desire for personal growth and positive change. Through group activities and facilitated discussions, you'll have the chance to build new friendships and create a supportive community that will inspire you long after the event is over.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, this event is suitable for all levels and ages. So come join us for a day of relaxation, growth, and connection on the beautiful shoreline. See you there, ladies!!

About Becca
Becca Medvin BA, MFA, RYT 500, has been practicing yoga for 17 years and teaching for 12 years. Becca is also a meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, flower essence practitioner, and creative writing teacher. Her interest in the healing arts was born out of a decade of struggling with depression and anxiety. After her time spent in the Amazon studying plant medicine, she felt inspired to share and teach the tools that saved her. Becca weaves together many modalities, but ultimately what she teaches is simple: all your answers, all the bliss and love you seek, and the divine already exist within you. Your task is to awaken to this, to who you already are, and to experience the sacred energy both within you and infusing all things.
