BEACH YOGA & MEDITATION: A fun, dynamic Vinyasa flow for all, connecting movement with the breath, creating space for your own experience and explore your awareness. With restorative Hatha Yoga using elements from Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda to aid in balancing the body safely and creating deep relaxation and harmony
REIKI CRYSTAL & RUNE GIFT: We reflect on our time and enjoy a little gift to take away with us. Infused with Reiki ‘universal life energy’ we sow the seeds of our intentions into our gift with caringly placed hands and touch, focusing us for the weeks ahead! Promoting emotional release, increased sensation and awareness and awaken a deeper sense of connection to our surroundings, with others, seeing things a new, brighter, richer, more vivid and recognising the springtime beauty all around
