About this Event
Join Meditation coach Alex from Melbourne, who will be visiting Auckland for a short time, for a gentle 45-minute morning beach meditation at Mission Bay. This session is designed for both beginners and experienced meditators, with a simple, grounded approach that’s easy to follow.
What to expect
- 10–15 minutes of guided breathwork to settle the nervous system
- A 20-minute guided meditation
- A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with no pressure or prior experience needed
Alex is the founder of Enso Meditation in Melbourne and regularly teaches meditation in workplaces, community settings, and public sessions. This Auckland session is a chance to experience his teaching while he’s briefly in the city.
This event is part of a 3-day coastal meditation run in Auckland, with additional sessions taking place at Cheltenham Beach and Long Bay over the following days. Each session stands alone.
