An Ocean-Inspired Yoga Class that is a Hatha class blended with vinyasa yoga. This is an active class. All-levels of experience are welcome.9 am every Saturday. 1-hour class.

Bring a BLANKET OR LARGE BEACH TOWEL (which works better than a mat in the sand) and enjoy some awesome beach yoga!
No reservations needed, just show up.
Register with Park Volusia for parking or park across the street and use the crosswalk.
