About this Event
This Valentine’s Day, you are invited into an evening of devotion to yourself - a gentle, sensory journey designed to help you soften, relax and reconnect with your own love and care.
Guided by the heart-opening ceremonial cacao, the expansive power of conscious connected breathwork and the subtle, sensual essence of rose oil, this journey invites you to soften, awaken your senses and sink fully into your body. Together we’ll create a sacred, embodied space to release tension, reconnect with the body and feel what’s waiting to be felt.
Slow down, breathe and meet yourself with tenderness.
Conscious connected breathwork is a guided practice where you breathe in a continuous, connected rhythm. During the session you may feel waves of energy, deep relaxation or emotional release.
About Me
I’m Lily, a certified breathwork facilitator (Alchemy of Breath) and trained meditation teacher (British School of Meditation). My approach to breathwork isn’t about chasing peak experiences. While powerful moments can arise, I believe the real healing lives in the quieter moments, when we meet ourselves exactly as we are, sit with what’s uncomfortable and learn to soften around it.
My sessions are crafted to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing and deep rest. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe enough to listen, feel and gently reconnect with yourself.
