For the first workshop in 2026, the doors have been thrown open for people to indulge on their work in progress, have some free-writing time, and use the day before the Australia Day public holiday as a way of beginning the year with some content to start with. Come to write for the 90 minutes, be there for the open mike (Poets @ the Pub) afterwards, or even use the school daze prompt of what you did in your holidays (if you had any...!). This opportunity is a free event for people to get into the writing habit in a new calendar year.
