In this (almost) holiday event, the organisers have decided for potential guests to have the day off, and for a general open mike to occur. The regular parts of the day (including a morning writing session instead of a regular workshop) will occur, and the afternoon event will include the Five-Word Challenge, interaction & conversation about writing, and the chance to find out what is happening later in the year will also occur. Start the year with some writing in the morning, some reading in the afternoon as a genteel start to 2026.
