Be Nourished: Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath

A gentle yoga practice centered on the mantra Ayurdevi “may I be nourished”, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath with Rush Dorsett.

Join us for a 2 hour early summer experience centered on nourishment, presence, and deep rest.

We begin with a gentle, focused yoga session by Pasquale Antonio, centered around the mantra Ayurdhehi (“may I be nourished”). This practice includes accessible movement, Vedic chanting, breathwork, and meditation—inviting you to check in, rather than check out, and cultivate a clear, grounded awareness.

From that place of presence, we transition seemlessly into an extended sound bath with Rush Dorsett. The instruments include therapeutic-grade CrystalTones Alchemy singing bowls, gong, chimes, and voice for a deep nervous system reset and soothing soundbath journey.

Positioned just before the height of summer, this experience offers a counterbalance to the outward energy of the season—helping you stay grounded, resourced, and nourished as life expands.
