Please note that the virtual Annual General Meeting for Year Ending 30/09/2024

will be held on

Friday 31st January 2025.

14:00- 15:00 PM

Location: Teams webinar (link will be sent to verified bookings nearer the time)

An agenda will be provided with the minutes of the last meeting, members are invited to attend to hear about the progress of the Credit Union and vote on matters affecting the future.

The meeting will include the following resolutions:

· Acceptance of the Financial Years Accounts

· Declaration of the Annual Dividend to Members

· Election of Directors*

*Members please note that you can put yourself forward to be considered to become a volunteer board member.
