About this Event
Whether you’re dietitians, physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, counsellors, psychologists, SLPs, PTs, OTs, RMTs, naturopaths, or other healthcare professionals, we welcome you! We have the perfect venue in Vancouver, photographer, and a makeup artist to help you get a refresher on your branding.
This event is your chance to co-create with like-minded peers, network, exchange ideas, and walk away with refreshed photos you can use on your website, social media and other marketing materials.

A. VIP Package – $497 ($397 for EARLY BIRD PRICING before Mar 31st) Includes :
- 30mins with the photographer
- 10 photo credits included (with opportunity to purchase more)
- Headshots and action shots
- Max 4-5 people per group (per timeslot)
- You will help each other as model clients with the action shots
- EARLY BIRD BONUS: Access to our make up artist on site
- EARLY BIRD BONUS: Access to co-working desk on site for a productive day before/after your shoot (available from 9am-5pm)

B. Take Off Package 5-6pm – $197 Includes :
- 5 mins with the photographer
- 5 photo credits included (with opportunity to purchase more)
- Headshots only in our beautiful venue

C. Networking After Party 6-7:30pm – $67 (FREE with any photography package above) Includes :
- A full evening of high-impact networking with HCPs community
- Locally created food and non-alcoholic beverages
- Facilitated networking activities
