Battlefield & Beyond 2026 is a 1 hour 30 minute experiential leadership event in Chennai that brings civilians into the lived ecosystem of the Indian Armed Forces.
Through sessions by distinguished speakers including Subedar Major (Honorary Captain) Yogendra Singh Yadav, PVC; Captain Raghu Raman; Colonel Rajeev Bharwan; and Vikas Manhas, along with a powerful documentary on Major Padmapani Acharya and reflections from the family, the event offers rare proximity to a standard most never experience.
This is not a theoretical leadership event. It is a real-time experience of high-stakes decision-making, resilience, continuity, and character shaped in environments where these are lived every day.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn, reflect, and apply these principles to their own lives and leadership journeys. Furthermore, 85% of the ticket proceeds will be utilised as a donation, and a donation slip will be provided to every ticket holder.
