About this Event
Join the Ohio Society of Washington, DC for a spirited evening commemorating one of Ohio’s most storied naval victories—the Battle of Lake Erie! On Friday, September 12, we’re gathering at Salazar DC to toast Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry’s triumph and celebrate Ohio pride with fellow Buckeyes in the District. (The actual battle took place on September 10, 1813)
Your ticket includes two drink tickets and heavy hors d'oeuvres, so come hungry—and ready to raise a glass! Expect Ohio-themed cocktails, great company, and a nod to history with a dash of fun. Rumor has it Perry himself might even make an appearance (or at least someone in a very convincing uniform).
Don’t give up the ship—RSVP and join us!
"Nautical Cocktail" attire encouraged!
