Improv and storytelling are magical places in the land of creativity, closer together than you might think. Are you interested in learning the basics of improv? Do you want to know how the rules of storytelling can help you create an engaging improv scene? Join our workshop on improv theater and storytelling, aimed at beginners and focused on the basics of improv, the structure of stories, and the natural connection between these two.We will cover:

DATES and TIME:
Every second Sunday 16:00-18:00, starting on the 14th of January.
The last class will be on 19.5
We will not have a show but there will be opportunities to watch others.
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Jesse Fokkema is an enthusiastic and dramatic improviser. He has a background in storytelling, games and education and has been diving head-first into the Helsinki improv scene since 2021. His main love has been 'emergent storytelling' since 2018, crafting a chronicle in collaboration.
