The trainer, Mr. Larry Caton was a senior level federal government contracting professional for over 39 years. He has 18 years of experience being an Auditor with DCAA and 21 years of being procurement expert and Senior Technical adviser at a federal agency. He as experience auditing, contracting with and working with contractor issues at different agencies in the federal government. He as been an expert witness in different settings and testified at a GAO protest hearing. Mr. Caton holds a Bachers of Science in Accounting from DeSales University.
