We are so excited to be hosting the Annual BaseNashville Community Yard Sale here in Cleveland Park + McFerrin Park + Highland Heights!
This yard sale is an opportunity for our neighbors to come together, share the wealth of Nashville's array of 'yard-salers', and get out on our respective streets and meet our neighbors. In years past, we've had over 40 homes sign up to sell, and an estimated 450+ shoppers.

How does it work?
Get featured on the official BaseNashville Community Yard Sale interactive map! When you register your yard, we’ll add your home to the digital map and we will advertise on your behalf. We also include a breakdown of your items so shoppers can find exactly what they’re looking for. Shoppers can sign up early to receive the "Early-Bird" map and plan their route before the big day!
We also partner with ARC, a national organization that advocates for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities - who will come and pick up any unsold items should you opt in for donation pick-up!
