About this Event
Get moving with Jump & Flow, an energizing community wellness experience led by StrongHER Health and Wellness Collective DMV. This beginner-friendly session combines jump rope fitness and Pilates-inspired movement to support cardiovascular health, mobility, endurance, and overall well-being.
