HER: A Women’s Wellness Social

We are excited to announce our second installment of HER: A Women's Wellness Social on Saturday, June 27th at A.i. Warehouse in the beautiful Union Market District.

For those new to this event, this is a 2hr wellness experience designed to support your body and your nervous system through grounding exercises, mindful movement and intentional connection hosted by women, for women.

HER is built around the belief that being in community with other women is wellness, and that showing up exactly as you are is always enough. So we welcome you to attend and enjoy:

• An opening guided journaling session led by CJ Hunter, founder of @yogawiththeredhead
• A Pilates inspired full body banded work out led by Fatima Kamara, founder of @fittma_fitness
• A vinyasa yoga flow + breathwork by Caren Plummer, founder of @cpyoga.fitness
• A closing sound bath led by CJ Hunter

Plus the opportunity to enjoy other wellness activities and support our curated collective of women owned businesses.

All women and female identifying individuals attending will receive a HER branded journal + special thank you gifts for attending, including a matcha from Celeste Matcha Haven.
