Our signature Barre and Pilates classes mix Strength Training, Pilates, and Barre to boost muscle-bone density 360 degrees around all our 360 joints.
This class targets your core, back, glutes, arms, and all those crucial joint-stabilizing muscles.

Tools we use: Barre, Resistance Bands, Pilates Magic Circle, Pilates Ball, and a Foam Roller
